Stationery Timeline

How far in advance should I book a stationer?

It depends on how many items you would like to commission! We recommend reaching out around a year in advance of your wedding. This leaves plenty of time for you to discuss your vision with your stationer and leaves them time to order any supplies or design custom pieces for your wedding.

When should I send out a Save the Date?

Save the dates are traditionally sent 5-6 months before the wedding. Your Save the Date can be as simple or as fun as you want! It does not necessarily need to match the remainder of your wedding stationery and should be a fun representation of your style as a couple.

Can you make my invitations for my other wedding events?

We would be happy to design any aspect of your wedding stationery. This could include bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and more!

When should I send my wedding invitations?

Your invitations should be sent 6-8 weeks out from your wedding. This will leave plenty of time for your guests to RSVP about one month before your wedding date.

What about day-of paper goods?

You should discuss any day-of paper goods with your stationer 2-3 months before your wedding. Some items you might want to include could be wedding programs, menus, wedding signage, escort cards, and seating charts.
